2. Where do we ship from

All orders are shipped from Italy, where our warehouse is based.

3. How long will shipping take and cost

Standard shipping within 3-7 busines days. The costs will be calculated at check-out.

Please be advised that our business days are Monday to Friday - We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

BORDERLINE cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

3.1  Duties and customs for EU orders

Once you have made payment for your order, all EU orders are shipped such that you should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU.

3.2 Duties and customs for outside EU orders

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping outside the EU could incur customs charges. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Changes to the informations provided during the check-out process

After the order is made we are not able to change the informations that you provided during the check-out process. 

We strongly recommend to contact us as soon as possible.

ACID RAIN SHIPPING POLICY

All sales are finals

Acid Rain is available only for EU countries (island excluded)

IMPORTANT:

Due to the fact that **ACID RAIN** is a fragrance containing alcohol, it is classified as a dangerous good by shipping couriers. As a result, shipping rates are higher than standard fees. Please find the shipping costs outlined below:

- **Zone 1**: Italy - **€19,98**
- **Zone 2**: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden – **€25**
- **Zone 3**: Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Greece, Slovenia – **€59.99**
- **Zone 4**: Finland – **€39.99**

These fees reflect the additional handling required for the transportation of alcohol-based products.
