Pre-orders will start on December 17, 2023

Expected Shipping:

In the event of production excesses or returns from previous drop, those who purchase first will receive their hoodie starting from 18.12.23

For others, since the stock will be produced on demand, the product will undergo the entire production process before shipment. In these cases, the estimated delivery time is set for the end of February.

(Please note, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential production delays outside our control. We will strive to expedite the process.)

Pricing and Deposits:

• Total Price: €99
• Included Deposit: €20 (non-refundable, except under specific conditions)
• The deposit ensures partial coverage of production costs, as items are produced based on demand.

Refund Policy:

• Deposit (€20) is non-refundable, except if we fail to fulfill your order within 90 days from the anticipated delivery date or if production is canceled.
• The remaining €79 is refundable if you choose to cancel your pre-order or return the received hoodie.

2) Can I get a full refund if I return the pre-ordered hoodie?

• No. Upon returning the hoodie, you will be refunded €79, as the €20 deposit is non-refundable.

3) How to cancel a pre-order before shipment?

• Send an email to administration@borderlineofficial.com with your pre-order number, name, surname, and email address. We will review your request and process the cancellation if applicable.
