Inspired by the U.S. Navy chambray shirt, one of the most recognizable pieces of American military workwear.
Unlike denim, chambray uses a plain weave rather than a twill, creating a lighter and more uniform surface.
Our version is made from a Japanese chambray fabric woven in wool, linen and cotton, then washed to soften the fabric and enhance its texture.
Details include small triangular leather reinforcements at stress points, an adjustable waist drawstring and visible chainstitching inspired by vintage military construction.
