Born in late 19th-century France as the bleu de travail, the chore jacket was created with necessity at its core:
a reliable layer for workers, built to endure repetition, movement, and time. Our interpretation stays close to that origin, but translates it through materials.

Spike fabric, built with big slub yarns, where irregular, thicker threads interrupt the weave.These create random build-ups and subtle protrusions across the surface, areas where the fabric gains volume, almost pushing outward. Finished with a one wash, keeping the fabric closer to its original state,
allowing it to evolve naturally with use.
